Pune Police ने आगामी festivals, social programmes और political activities को देखते हुए कानून-व्यवस्था बनाए रखने के लिए यह आदेश जारी किया है।

इस अवधि के दौरान ऐसे public events पर विशेष प्रतिबंध रहेगा जिनमें बड़ी संख्या में लोग एकत्र होते हैं या जिनसे law and order प्रभावित होने की संभावना हो।
1. Pune Restrictions कब से लागू होंगे?
Pune Restrictions August 18 to 31 की शुरुआत: 18 अगस्त 2026 — रात 12:01 बजे से होगी। यह आदेश: 31 अगस्त 2026 — आधी रात तक प्रभावी रहेगा। इसका मतलब है कि करीब 14 दिनों तक संबंधित restrictions लागू रहेंगे।
2. किन activities पर रहेगी रोक?
eSakal की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, इस अवधि में मुख्य रूप से इन activities पर प्रतिबंध रहेगा:
- Rallies
- Protests
- Morchas
- Processions
- Public meetings
- आदेश के तहत प्रतिबंधित अन्य public gatherings
इसलिए अगर किसी political party, social organisation, community group या अन्य संस्था ने पहले से कोई public programme तय किया है, तो उसे यह जांचना होगा कि वह नया order उस programme पर लागू होता है या नहीं।
सिर्फ पहले से कार्यक्रम तय होने का मतलब यह नहीं है कि वह automatically जारी रखा जा सकता है।
3. क्या पूरे पुणे में यह order लागू है?
नहीं। यह distinction बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है। Pune Restrictions August 18 to 31 का reported order Pune City Police Commissionerate limits में लागू है। इसलिए इसे पूरे Pune district में लागू प्रतिबंध के रूप में नहीं बताया जाना चाहिए। पुणे जिले के दूसरे हिस्से अलग police jurisdictions के अंतर्गत आते हैं और वहां अलग orders हो सकते हैं।
क्या पुणे में Curfew लगाया गया है?
नहीं, इसे blanket Curfew कहना सही नहीं होगा।
सोशल media पर अगर आपको “Pune में 14 दिन का Curfew” या “पूरे पुणे में lockdown जैसी स्थिति” वाले messages दिखाई दें, तो उन्हें बिना verification के forward न करें।

इसका मुख्य उद्देश्य कुछ specific public activities को नियंत्रित करना और law and order बनाए रखना है।

- सभी shops बंद रहेंगी
- सभी offices बंद रहेंगे
- लोगों को घर से बाहर निकलने की अनुमति नहीं होगी
- public transport पूरी तरह बंद होगा
- पूरा शहर बंद रहेगा

Section 37 क्या है?
Section 37 of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951 पुलिस और प्रशासन को कुछ परिस्थितियों में public peace और safety बनाए रखने के लिए preventive restrictions लगाने की कानूनी शक्ति देता है।
India Code के अनुसार, Section 37 के तहत competent authority कुछ specified activities और objects पर restrictions लगा सकती है। कानून में assemblies और processions पर भी परिस्थितियों के अनुसार prohibition लगाने का प्रावधान है। (India Code)
इसलिए Pune Police का वर्तमान order इसी legal framework के तहत जारी किया गया है।

Why has Pune Police imposed these restrictions?
Police का मुख्य उद्देश्य law and order maintain करना और किसी भी untoward incident को रोकना है।
अगले कुछ दिनों में Pune में festivals, social programmes और political activities के कारण public gatherings बढ़ सकती हैं।
ऐसे समय में police को कई चीजों का management करना पड़ता है:
- Crowd management
- Traffic management
- Public safety
- Emergency movement
- Security arrangements
- Police deployment
इसी वजह से preventive restrictions लगाए जाते हैं।
अगर आपने कोई event plan किया है तो क्या करें?
अगर आप 18 से 31 अगस्त के बीच Pune में कोई public event organise करने वाले हैं, तो सावधानी बरतना जरूरी है।
Event organisers को क्या करना चाहिए?
पहला: अपने event की nature check करें।
क्या यह rally, protest, morcha, procession या public meeting है?

पांचवां: किसी भी WhatsApp message या social media post के बजाय official police communication पर भरोसा करें।
आम लोगों पर क्या असर पड़ेगा?
आम Pune residents के लिए सबसे महत्वपूर्ण बात यह है कि daily life पूरी तरह बंद होने की बात नहीं कही गई है।
लोग अपनी सामान्य activities जारी रख सकते हैं, लेकिन अगर कोई व्यक्ति restricted public activity में शामिल होता है तो उसे police order का पालन करना होगा।
इसलिए अगर आप:
- Office जा रहे हैं
- Shopping कर रहे हैं
- सामान्य travel कर रहे हैं
- अपने रोजमर्रा के काम कर रहे हैं
तो केवल Section 37 order की खबर देखकर panic करने की जरूरत नहीं है।
